Had a great time at Capace Hotel! The staff were super helpful, even helped with luggage and called a taxi for me. The room was spacious, loved the bathtub! Just a bit noisy at times and the shower setup could be better.

Recommend it for families with children
The staff was professional and friendly. We had a massive bathtub in our room which was a pleasant surprise after long walks around the area and helped us unwind.
It was a bit pricey, but worth it for the experience we had.

Capace Hotel Gangnam stood out for its ideal location right in the heart of Gangnam. Close to the subway, coffee shops, and restaurants, exploring the area was a breeze. The room I stayed in was unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, providing ample space and a much-appreciated quiet atmosphere. Enjoyed a relaxing soak in the bathtub after long days. The staff were wonderfully engaging and approachable, making me feel right at home. On the downside, the toilet room was quite cramped. its setup felt awkward and tight, more like an airplane lavatory than a hotel room. The view from my room was also lacking, facing only a wall.

the hotel was a delightful find with a spacious room that made me feel at home, and its prime location allowed for easy strolls to nearby landmarks like the beautiful dosan park and the fascinating korea alpine museum, which are both just a short walk away.

I was disappointed with the cramped toilet setup, which felt more like an airplane lavatory. The lack of views from my room left a lot to be desired, facing only a wall. Additionally, I noticed that the light flickered intermittently, which was quite distracting during my stay.
